When you archive emails in Zoho Mail, the email will be removed from the normal view but available in the same folder. We are extremely sorry if Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar apps did not live up to your expectations in terms of the features and functions. In other client apps, including their own, you can only configure one alert per event, if you create it in the client. So, in Zoho web-based calendar, you can configure four alerts per event. I was also trying out their calendar in other clients, including their own mobile app, but also in Google Calendar. So, I'd experience the same discontinuity of archive behaviour. I live and die by quickly swiping various directions and distances for quick actions.Īnd the desktop client is just their webmail packaged as an app. The mobile one is awful - only one swipe action. I guess Zoho wants me to use their own clients, but meh. You simply cannot reveal the hidden messages.Īnd in those clients, 'archiving' means moving to a folder. Whereas in third party mobile clients, there's no understanding of what Zoho's archiving means. Only it hides, rather than moves to an Archive folder. And Zoho webmail has an 'Archive' button in their webmail toolbar. For example, I like to use webmail when I'm not on mobile devices.
